Kale Chips! A great frugal and healthy snack!

This is my new favorite snack!
It's easy to make and healthy, too! Kale is easy to grow in your garden, so maybe eventually it will be FREE for you to make :)



Recipe:

You'll need: Fresh Kale or Organic Kale 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Trim leaves away from large stems, tear into bite size pieces. Rinse and strain (with salad spinner is best), put into a bowl and add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp seasoned salt (I used about 1/2 tsp Tony's seasoning instead). Toss to coat. Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake about 10 minutes until crisp. 

Yummy!
