Remington College Lafayette Campus Offers Haircut, Manicure, or Pedicure for Food Drive Donation    "Cuts for Cause" goal is to help feed the hungry during the holidays

Lafayette, La. - (October 11, 2013) - Remington College is again holding its "Cuts for Cause" event to collect food for needy families.   Here's how it works: anyone who brings in a can  of food or other non-perishable food donation in November gets a complimentary haircut, manicure, or pedicure.    The salon services will be provided by students and instructors in the Remington College Lafayette Campus Cosmetology Program.   Remington College School of Cosmetology only accepts walk-ins and does not take appointments. Call 337-984-9490 for additional information.   The salon hours are Monday - Friday from 10 am - 4 pm.   The Remington College Cosmetology Diploma Program teaches students the art of hair, skin and nail care through traditional classroom instruction and hands-on training. Students have the opportunity to work with real clients in a salon-like setting.
