Budgeting sometimes means we have to be efficient. This applies to our choices in nutrition as well. Meat is becoming more and more expensive, and so it is important to find some more affordable sources of protein to add to our diets.

Chia seeds are an excellent source of protein and encompass much nutritional value within a small portion. Incorporating chia seeds into your diet is not only efficient from a nutrition standpoint, it is also an affordable way to add protein to your diet as meat costs rise.

Chia seeds can be bought in bulk and you'll only need to consume a very small amount per day to reap the benefits.

Here is an article that explains why everyone is eating chia seeds, and if you are persuaded to try them yourself-comment and let me know!
